Ordained in 2005, Karla has faithfully served the Body of Christ through biblical teaching, prophetic ministry, mentoring, discipleship, prayer, and leadership development. As co-founder of Fired-Up! Leaders, she serves alongside her husband, Marvin, developing, equipping, and encouraging servant leaders to mature in Christ and faithfully fulfill their God-given purpose.
With a deep love for God’s Word and dependence upon the Holy Spirit, Karla communicates biblical truth with compassion, prophetic insight, and practical application.

A Call to Freedom
Liberty to the Captives.
At the heart of Karla’s ministry is a prophetic call to liberty for the captives. She carries a deep burden for those bound by fear, deception, spiritual bondage, wounds, and other hindrances that keep them from experiencing the freedom and fullness found in Jesus Christ.
Her desire is not simply to identify what holds people captive, but to point them to Jesus, the One who sets people free, and to help them recognize and respond to the truth that leads to freedom.
Karla’s ministry is also marked by a call to release the “song of the Lord,” allowing the Holy Spirit to use her voice through teaching, prophetic ministry, worship, encouragement, and proclamation to bring hope and minister to those who have felt confined, silenced, or without expectation.
Her heart is to see people free to know Jesus, free to hear and obey the Holy Spirit, free to walk in truth, and free to become who God has called them to be.
